Nicholas Depede

Rochester: June 5, 2014, Beloved husband of 58 years to Katharina DePede.

Loving father of Jessie (Jim) Mordeno and Louis DePede.

Also survived by loving grandchildren, dearest sister, Mary Fusilli, niece and nephews.

Nicholas was proud to serve his Country as a Veteran of the United States Air
Force stationed in Munich Germany in 1954 where he met his future wife,
Katharina Reindl and married.
Upon completing his service with the U.S. Air Force they settled in Rochester, NY where they raised their two children.

After working his way through the restaurant business, Nick opened his first
successful restaurant, The Coat of Arms. He then successfully opened two
more restaurants where he loved being a Chef and enjoyed cooking for his
family.

When Nick finally retired from the restaurant business, he drove for
short time for the Airport Taxi Company out of the Rochester Airport. Not
only did he love to cook but he also enjoyed trips to the Casino, fine
restaurants and spending time laughing and joking with his family and
grandchildren whom he loved very much.

Nicholas was the most unselfish,
loving, caring man. His smile, kindness and gentleness will be "Forever"
missed but "Never" forgotten. We will love him deeply always and from the
bottom of our hearts he will be tremendously missed. We Love You Dad



The family will receive friends on Monday, June 9th from 11am to 1pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Graveside Service will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
