Nicholas Paul Smith Jr., born on October 8, 2025, in Rochester, left this world on the same day he entered it. Yet his presence will be cherished forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

Nicholas is survived by his devoted mother, Anne Marie Pelitera, and his father, Nicholas Paul Smith Sr. He also leaves behind his adoring brother, Anthony Boyack, and his loving sister, Brooklynn Smith.
