Predeceased by his father, Norwood Phillippee, Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Stella Phillippee; children, Natalie and Lele; significant other, Samantha Heerkens; step-son, Thurman Heerkens; brother, Timothy (Andrea) Phillippee; sisters, Kimberly Mendoza, Melinda Phillippee, Dora Henry, and Jasmine Henry; aunt, Erie; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 17th from 3-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6pm.
