Orien Marks

Passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 80.

Predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Beatrice Marks; siblings, Joanne James, Francine Clements, Benny Grant, Alfred Marks, and Lester Marks.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Gloria Marks; daughters, Cheryl Frazier and Brittany (Taurean Raspberry) Marks; granddaughter, Rosa Marks; siblings, Gloria Butler, Wanda Marks, Brenda Green, & Johnny (Francheska) Dixon; brother and sister-in-law, Albert Clements & Patricia Marks; special friends, Benjamin Moore, Theo Dorsey & Willie Martin; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Orien will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. His unwavering love for his family and friends will be remembered and deeply missed.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 7th from 10 - 11 am at Aenon Missionary Baptist Church, 175 Genesee St, Rochester, NY. Followed by a memorial service and repast at the same location.
