Rochester: Passed away peacefully on November 14, 2013 with his wife, Fran of 40 years by his side.
He is also survived by his daughter, Sandy (Lou) and 2 grandchildren, Brianna and Brandon; his brother, Len (Frances "Babe"); sister-in-law, Mary and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Perno was a War Veteran and a graduate of RIT.
Private interment.
Donations may be made to ALS.
