She is survived by her Son, Paul (Michelle) Maccarone. Daughters; Trisha (Thomas) Romeo. Karen (Charlie) Caleo-Bierton. Sister; Cheryl (James) Carter. 8 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren.
The family wishes to express sincere thanks to the staff at Hildebrandt Hospice. Friends may forward contributions to Hildebrandt Hospice, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626 in memory of Pat.
Friends may call 2-4, 6-8 pm Thursday July 11, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. On Friday morning at 10 am, Mass of Christian Burial will be held at The Parish of the Holy Family at St. Jude Church, 4100 Lyell Rd., Rochester, NY 14606. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
