GREECE- Patricia A. Rapp, 85, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Pat was born in Rochester, NY to the late Edward and Julia VanderMalle on May 24, 1934. Pat married the love of her life, James W. Rapp, and they were married for 55 years until his passing in 2015. Together they raised four children. Pat was a loving homemaker, wife, and mother. She will be remembered for her love of golf, gardening, reading, and wine. Her passion in life was her family, especially her grandchildren.

Pat is predeceased by her beloved husband, Jim.

She is survived by her children, Greg Rapp, Julie (Scott) McNair, Tim (Vicki) Rapp, and Jim (Tina) Rapp, her grandchildren, Scot, Lauren, Kyle, Corey, Nicholas, Matthew, and Jacob, her great-grandchildren, Kylie, Blake, and Cody, her brother-in-law, Bill Rapp, her sister-in-law, Myrna Schiano, and a host of family and friends.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626 on Thursday, January 9, 2020, from 4:30pm-7:30pm. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 W. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14626, on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 10:00am.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pat's name to 13Thirty Cancer Connect, 1000 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.
