Hamlin: Passed peacefully on Wednesday January 15, 2014 at age 56. She is predeceased by her parents, Earl & Mary Jane Skelton; daughter, Trisha; brother and sister. Survived by her daughter, Lynn Gajewski; son, Christopher Schramm; granddaughter, Emma Rose "Sweet Pea"; longtime boyfriend, Frank Chmylak; sister, Nancy Gervais; brother, David Skelton; several nieces and nephews.
Patti worked at VWR Education for 23 years and she loved spending her summers on her boat at Frank's cottage. She was loved by many and never forgotten.
Family and friends may call on Monday January 20th from 6-9 PM at New Comer Funeral, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
