Peggy was born in Rochester, NY on June 28, 1930, to the late Charles and Frances Mintz.
She is predeceased by her husband, Eugene Dixon.
She is survived by her children, Charles (Deborah) Hamman, Jeffrey (Suzy) Hamman, her five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609, on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 9:00am-11:00am, with a service to follow. Burial will be held at Webster Rural Cemetery.
