Passed unexpectedly October 8, 2006 at age 45. He is survived by his father, Stuart (Marian) Hook and mother, Penny Hook; daughter, Theresa Adams; grandson, Dominick Adams; sister, Judi Hook; nephew, Sean Pritzkau; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family will receive friends 6-7 PM Thursday at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where a Memorial Service will be held at 7 PM. Interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
