Passed away at the age of 86 on March 28, 2022 with family by his side.
Predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Mary (Filippi); first wife, Audrey Mae (Dibble); sister-in-law Shirley ; siblings, Virginia (Louis) Muto; Anthony ; brother-in-laws Samuel Gulisano and Samuel Casanizo; & lifelong friend & Cousin Philip Siragusa "Babe".
Survived by his wife Kathy; children, Mary (Joe) Place, Vincent (Yvonne), Sandra (Jeff) Pettenski, Patricia, Vito (Vicki), Mary (Tom) Stenglein, Michael (Marianne) Svendsen; grandchildren, Vinny, Steven, Corrine Stevens, Matthew Pettenski, Jessica (Andrew) Vieira, Rebecca Pettenski, Vito, Joe, Mike (Irene), Erica Svendsen, Caylah Svendsen, Cameron Svendsen, Christopher Liess, & Justin Liess; great grandchildren, Mark Anthony Sheridan, Marissa Sheridan, Savannah Vieira, Delilah Vieira, & Philip Putzig-Finazzo; siblings, Vito (Phyllis), Phyllis Casanzio, Katie Gulisano, & Stella Finazzo; dear nephew, Raymond Roderick "Butchie"; & several cousins, nieces & nephews.
Phil will be fondly remembered as a fisherman, hunter, & casino enthusiast.
Calling hours will be Friday April 1, 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Burial will take place privately at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
