He is survived by his parents, Angelo & Josiane; uncles, Benny (Mary) & Ronald (Janice); aunt, Linda (Robert) Chiarenza; many cousins and extended family in France.
Family will receive friends 2 - 6pm Sunday, October 15, 2017 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Phil's Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am Monday, October 16, 2017 at White Haven Memorial Park, All Seasons Chapel, 210 Marsh Road.
Memorials may be directed to Golisano Children's Hospital.
