Peacefully June 25th 2015 at age 58.
He is survived by his mother Doris Cunningham, his wife Barbara.
His children, Amy, Danielle, Jackie, Sean, Phillip and Seth. Brothers Brad, and Pete (Vicki). Barbara's children Lindsey and Eric O'Connor.
A celebration of Phil's life will take place Saturday, July 18th at 1pm at his home at 33 Ronald Circle Spencerport.
