Hilton: Saturday, November 27, 2010 at age 84. She is predeceased by her parents, Arthur & Marion Mandara (Biondi); sister, Marie Mandara; brother, Henry Mandara; brother-in-law, Ormond Maeder; sister-in-law, Arlene Mandara. Survived by her sister, Rosemary Maeder; nieces and nephews, Mary Ann (Mike) Newman, Billy (Edel) Maeder & David (Karen) Maeder, many great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces; special friend, Shirley Lucci.
Phyllis was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Club, the 20th Ward Republican Club and the Holy Family Rosary Society.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, December 11th at 10 AM at St. Leo the Great Church, Hilton, NY. Private interment.
