Rochester: Feb. 21, 2014, at age 80. She is predeceased by her husband, George.

She is survived by her children, Laurie (Larry) Clark, Stephen (Sharon), David (Heidi) Girolmo; grandchildren, Eric (Heather) Clark, Adam (Jamie) Clark, Scott (Ashton) Girolmo, Matthew Girolmo, Jeff (Rebecca) Clark, Shellie (Ross) Clark; great-grandchildren, Cruz, Jayliena, Stella & Hannah Clark, Abby & Max Bell; sister, Leslie (Michael) Morsch; brother, Richard Swartz; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, John Girolmo & Thelma Girolmo; many loving nieces & nephews.

The family would like to thank special caregiver Carrie Toal and also the staff at Heather Heights of Pittsford for the exceptional care given to Phyllis.

The family will receive friends, Wednesday, 2-4 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where her Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM.
