Passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 64.
Predeceased by his father, Santana Ortiz; brother, Angel M. Ortiz.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lucila Ortiz; children, Teresita, Jessica Z., John, Raymond, & Jessica; grandchildren, Jason, Patience, & Gabrielle; sisters, Flora, Judith, & Yolanda; mother, Dalila Pagan, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends from 2-6pm on Monday, August 11th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Prayer Service will be held from 6-7pm.
