Passed Sunday January 3, 2016 at age 73. He was predeceased by his wife, Vicki; son, Scott; mother, Mary Sluty; father, Floyd Steffenhagen. He is survived by his step-father, Steve Sluty; motherin- law, Pat Garrison; daughter, Sandy Bailey; grandchildren, Sarah, Justin, Rachel (Drew) Lowry; great grandchildren, Jonathan, Christian, Isabella, Lyla; sister, Betty (Bob) Patterson; niece, Kim and nephew, David. Raymond was a United States Navy Veteran.
The family will receive friends Wednesday January 13th from 4-7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Memorial Service will be held Saturday February 6th at 11 AM at Walker Bible Baptist Church, 1425 Walker Lake Ontario Road, Hilton, NY 14468.
