He is predeceased by his wife, Rosaria.
Survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Joanne Bell; grandchildren, Melissa (Paul) Kowalewski, Christina (Kevin) Jeffers and Scott (Kim) Bell; nine great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Ray was the founder of Long Life Paving.
Family will receive friends Sunday, November 10 1-3PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Private interment.
