Raymond T. Glende, Sr.
Greece: Passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family Monday, March 30, 2015 at age 87.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Marge; children, Elaine (Rich) Notargiacomo and Ray (Dodie) Glende, Jr.; grandchildren, TJ Capone, Susan (Demetrios) Atheneos, Mark Notargiacomo, Jake (Sydney) Glende; 2 great-granddaughters; step-children, Connie (Daniel) Hager, Rick (Joyce) Barney, Brian (Beth) Barney, Heidi Barney, Dan Barney; 14 step-grandchildren; 8 step-great grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Benoit, Rita Ames; many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Ray was a WWII Navy Veteran and Kodak retiree.
A special thanks to Monroe Community Hospital for their loving care and Dr. Corey E. Romesser and Staff at Highland Hospital.
Family will receive friends 4:30-7:30 PM Monday April 6, 2015 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 AM Tuesday at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY.
