Richard A. DuVal
Greece: Passed away on Thursday, November 27th, 2014 at age 93. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Eva DuVal; wife of 61 years, Marie L. DuVal; son, Stephen A. DuVal; brothers, Arthur & John; sisters, Margarette, Marion and Dorothy; sister & brother-in-law, Lorraine & Edward Frearson; brother-in-law, John Baker. He is survived by his daughter, Donna DuVal of Cornelius, NC; son, John DuVal of Portland, OR; granddaughter, Joan (Andrew) Gradus of Davidson, NC; grandson, Michael DuVal of Rochester, NY; great granddaughter, Elena Gradus of Davidson, NC; devoted friend, Jean Jay of Hilton, NY; sister-in-law, Rita (John) Baker of Hilton, NY; and many nieces & nephews.
He was a WWII Veteran serving as a crew chief on B24 bombers in the US Army-Air Force. He owned and operated DuVal's Auto Trim from 1953-1983 and was a member of the Holy Name of Jesus Church in Greece, the Hilton and Greece Senior Centers.
No prior Calling. Friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside Ceremony at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Monday December 8th 2014 at 11 AM.
