North Chili: Passed away on Wednesday, April 1st 2020 at age 67. Predeceased by his parents, Rowland & Jean Carroll. Survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Honorata "Noreen"; children, Heather Ann, Helina Jean (Daniel Smith), Sean Christopher, Ian Michael (Ivelisse) Carroll; grandchildren, Tiari & Honor Smith; siblings, Thomas (Joyce), Nancy (David) Kamler; several nieces & nephews.
