Rochester: Passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Rochester, NY He was born March 22, 1949 in Rochester, NY to David and Constance Ann (Cammilleri) Militello. He graduated from Hilton High School and attended Monroe Community College. He married his high school classmate, Virginia Ann Gill, in 1972. They moved to North Carolina and then settled in South Carolina where they raised their three daughters; Stephanie (Brian) Militello-Calloway, Cheryl Lynn Militello, and Felicia Ann (Ralph Fugett) Militello. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Cammi Calloway and Phillip Fugett, and brother David Militello, and his family.
Richard spent the majority of this career as a salesman and warehouse manager for Columbia Supply Company in Columbia, SC. He had several hobbies and interests including collecting, American history and he loved animals. Later in life he returned to Rochetser, NY and spent his final years there as a resident of The Shorewinds Nursing Home in Rochester, NY. Services were held privately.
