Dick (Richie) was born and raised in Buffalo and was so proud of his Polish heritage. He met Patty at Buffalo State College in 1964, and they married on August 17 1968.
Dick was so enthusiastic about the whole human experience - including politics, the outdoors, especially the Sanctuary at Crowfield Farm in Newark NY, Facebook, the community theater scene in Rochester, especially Neighborhood Acting Community where he performed many terrific roles, (his favorite Emile d'Becque in South Pacific), Provincetown Cape Cod where he happily spent almost every vacation of his adult life, He was also a proud owner of Richard's Militaria.
The last 10 years were wonderful for Dick as he sang in the choir at Holy Trinity Church.
Most of all, his family was the most important part of his life.
