Richard Feldman

Passed away on March 5, 2026 at the age of 56.

Predeceased by his mother, Faye Feldman; father, Joseph Feldman; and grandparents, Gertrude and Joseph Moskowitz.

He is survived by his wife, Kim; their dog, Vedder; cousins, Laura, Rico, and Jonas Griffone; cousins Aaron and Bennet Moskowitz, uncle and aunt Bruce and Marsha Moskowitz; sisters-in-law, Sue (Tony) Patti, Judy (Luke) Bernier and Nancy (Keith) Leyendecker; and many more nieces, nephews and cousins.

Richard Feldman was a lucky man, surrounded by more friends and family than could ever be counted on two hands. Those who knew and loved Rich—“Richie” to his cousins—will miss his legendary quick wit and unmistakable sense of humor. His love of dogs and Pearl Jam even inspired the name Vedder, he and Kim gave their, Jack Russell .

If there’s a heaven for dog lovers, we imagine the welcome committee was large, enthusiastic, and wagging when Rich walked through the gates—likely wearing his Pearl Jam T-shirt.

When we gather to celebrate his life on April 26, be prepared to laugh as we share stories of a life well lived. Neighbors will share the tales of a tight knit community, family will share stories from summers at The Cottage, and family events, weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Holidays and dinners. 

We will hold him in our memories and our hearts at the events in the future he will be missing in body, but will be there in spirit, always.

His celebration of life will be held from 11-4pm on Sunday, April 26th at Red Fedele's Brook House- 

920 Elmridge Center Dr, Rochester, NY 14626.
