Richard Granata

Richard Granata age 62, passed away October 11, 2025, peacefully at home.

He was born in Rochester on August 29, 1963, son of the late Russell Granata Jr. and Blanche Granata (Gallagher).

Rich is survived by his life partner of 30 years, Laura Lander; his daughter, Tiffany Granata (Colon); son-in-law, Emanuel Colon; grandkids, Gianni Colon & Sofia Cedar of Hilton; his brothers, Mark and Keith Granata; and his sister Serena Granata of Dansville.

He was a 1983 Gates-Chili graduate and took Auto Mechanics at Monroe Community College.

Rich enjoyed outdoor activities, automotive, woodworking, and spending time with friends and family. He was a fun-loving person with a great sense of humor.
