He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Batz; his children, Michael, Richard (Christi), John of WI., Dilene (Les) Root and Deborah Batz; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Sunday 2-6 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
Private interment.
