Richard "Dick" Clohessy

Rochester: Passed away on Saturday, April 6th, 2013, at age 78. He is predeceased by his wife, Courneen Clohessy; brotherin-law, William Duffy. Survived by children, Lawrence, Kathleen & Sharlotte Clohessy; 7 grandchildren, Jason Clohessy Sr., Shawn Hamill, Christina Hamill, Casey Clohessy, Brendan Clohessy, Shane Clohessy, Meaghan Hamill; 3 great-grandchildren, Jason Clohessy Jr., Ryan DeMocker, Kaitlin Malony; sister, Doris Duffy; several
nieces, nephews, cousins, greatnieces & great-nephews.

A Thank You to a very special friend, Winola Baurbonnais, for her loving care and deep friendship, along with many friends from the Otis Del, where Dick was "The Mayor of The Del". Also a thank you to the Blossom Road Hospice Care and the staff on the 3rd floor for all their care and support. Dick was a veteran of the Marine Corps, and had retired from RIT college after 21 years.

Family and friends may call from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Wednesday, April 10th at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM at Holy Apostles Church. Interment to follow in Grove Place Cemetery.
