Brockport: Went to be with the Lord at the age of 62 on March 26, 2014. He was predeceased by his father, Vernon R. Russell. Rick is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Christine Russell; daughter, Melanie (Thomas) Wiest; sons, Richard (Blair), Christopher (Suzanne); grandchildren, Richard, Traci Wulf, Samatha, Savannah; mother, Beulah; brothers, Allen (Kathy) and Rodney (Debbie); many other family and friends.
Friends and family may call Friday March 28, 2014, 1-4 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. His Memorial Service will be held Saturday 2 PM at Brockport Free Methodist Church, 6787 Fourth Section Rd., Brockport, NY 14420. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Western New York Pancreatic Cancer Association, PO Box 24580, Rochester, NY 14624.
