Survived by his wife of 46 years JoAnn.

His children, Timothy (Clare) Carey, Shannon (Kevin) Parmele and Michael (Kelly) Carey.

Grandchildren, Jack and Brennan Parmele and Tristram Carey.
Sister Mary Ellen (Charles) Steele.

Richard was a Kodak retiree and a US Navy veteran.

Family will receive friends Tuesday 4 pm-7 pm at New Comer Funeral Home
2636 Ridgeway Ave, where his service will be held Wednesday at 10 am.
