Rohring, Richard E.
Rochester: August 16, 2011 at home. 76 years old. He is predeceased by his parents, Albert and Doris Norman Rohring. He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria; son, Richard J. Rohring; daughters, Lorraine (Peter) Offermann, Christine Rohring; step-daughter, Karen (Paul) Cason; and step-son, Scott Black; grandchildren, Kathryn Offermann, Christopher Offermann and Cynthia Offermann; 5 step-grandchildren; and 1 great-step-grandson; sisters, Alberta Sharp and Bernadette (Jack) Harrison; brothers, Tom Rohring of MN, Jim (Kay) Rohring of Fairport; several nieces and nephews; many special friends. He belonged to the American Legion Post 468. He retired from Eastman Kodak Co. after 33 1/2 years of service there as a Planner.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-9 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Avenue, Rochester. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society National Office, 1311 Mamaroneck Avenue, Suite 310 White Plains, NY 10605.
