Passed away on April 27, 2025 at the age of 78.

Predeceased by his parents, Howard & Virginia Simpson; brother, Thomas Simpson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Tricia Fierro; son, Stephen Simpson; grandchildren, Alex Miller, Hayley Miller & Julia Andreasen; sister, Judy Zulaf; many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Per Richard's wishes, there will be no services held. The family asks that you go catch a big fish in his honor.
