Predeceased by his father; Donn Stockton.
Survived by his parents; Peggy (Gil) Nowak. Brother; Randy. Sisters; Debbie (John) Fracassi. Julie (Ed) Piccirillo. Nieces and Nephews; Jennifer Swan, Alysha Bongiatonni, Matt Fracassi, Emma Piccirillo, Carter Swan.
Richard passed peacefully with his family by his side on December 22, 2019. Richard graduated from Albion Highschool in the class of 1978. He lived in the area his entire life. He loved his family, the outdoors, especially camping and traveling with his brother Randy and niece Alysha. He loved people and all genres of music as well as the Buffalo Bills.

The family would like to thank Nancy and Connie of UR Medicine Hospice, Monroe Community Hospital particularly 4 west staff, for their care and compassion. Additional thanks to Ortho 5th floor at Strong Hospital, Opportunities of DePaul Batavia and ARC Friendship House of Albion, especially Elaine for their support and care over the years.
