Rochester:
Passed away on February 8th, 2021 at the age of 100. Predeceased by his Father, Emmet Cook; Mother, Mildred Duval. He is survived by the mother of his children, Norma Cook; Son, Robert and Daughter, Bonnie; friend and care giver, Donald (Patricia) Alcott & Greg Ryan along with many friends. Special thanks to the staff at St. Anns along with M&M and staff at Chapel Oaks. Contributions may be made to the Veterans Outreach Center, 447 South Ave Rochester, NY 14620.
