Robert passed peacefully at home on the morning of Sunday June 30, 2024.
Predeceased by parents Robert Sr. and Martha Cotton. Brother Larry Cotton, Jerome Wilbur.
Survived by his longtime partner, Pamela Brown.
Survived by siblings, Sylvester Cotton, Charlie Mae (Jesse) Grier, Joanne (Chisholm) Allen, Necola Mann.
Children, Felisha (Terrell) Brady, Cherita (Roderick) Alligood, Deborah Cotton, Robert (Jesse) Cotton III, Laurence (Mylasyah) Cotton.
19 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. His furry friend, Diamond.
Robert was a retiree of Rochester Gas and Electric Corp. with 43 years of service. His passion was drag racing cars.
The family will receive friends WEDENESDAY July 17, 2024, 11-12 noon at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (next to Donut's Delight). A funeral service will be held following visitation at 12 noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
