Rochester: May 25, 2016 at age 84. He is predeceased in death by parents, Jacob and Sophie Van Sice.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Marlene; children, BarbaraAnn (Marc Simmons), Marlene Magliocco (David), Mary Taylor, Ann Marie Fousse (Robert), Catherine (Herb Brew), Robert J. Van Sice (Paulette); grandchildren, Marlene Morrow (Todd), Charles, Amanda, Jacob, Kara, Adam, Gregory, Ryan, Joseph and Nathanael; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Jasmine and Rosanna; brothers-in-law, James (Gloria) Nolan, Jerome Nolan, and Jon (Touch) Nolan; nieces, nephews and cousins; friend, Ted Braley and friends of Holy Family and Holy Apostles Churches.
Robert served as a lifelong volunteer for Holy Family and Holy Apostles Churches, PAC TAC, Lyell Otis Neighborhood Association, and many community organizations. Robert was a Kodak retiree, an enthusiast of SCUBA, motorcycles, rallying, snow skiing, hunting, fishing and boating.
A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 AM Tuesday May 31, 2016 at Holy Apostles Church, 530 Lyell Ave., Rochester, NY 14606. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Notre Dame Learning Center, 71 Parkway, Rochester, NY 14608 or Holy Apostles Church - Rev. Anthony Mugavero.
