Robert Lionel Carpentier
Brighton: Passed Thursday, July 7, 2011 at age 85. Loving and devoted husband and father. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lucienne; 2 daughters, Michele (Joe) Cordaro and Mireille Carpentier; 2 grandchildren. Born in Calais, France and raised in Paris, Robert immigrated to the United States in 1953. A bon vivant, Robert's most cherished moments were the times spent with his family, friends and traveling.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Reservoir 2 at St. John's Home for their excellent care in his last days.
In keeping with Robert's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Private interment. Donations in Robert's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 105 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
