Greece: April 14, 2013. He is predeceased by his son Wade; and parents, Bob & Althea. He is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Melissa Kausch-Calleri, Todd Kausch, Todd (Jeanna), Chad (Holly) Rushforth; 9 special grandchildren; sister, Bonnie (Phil) Bechle; niece & nephew.
