Passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 91.
Predeceased by his wife, Edith Tanney; parents, Francis & Elizabeth Tanney; sister-in-law, Seline Tanney.
He is survived by his son, Robert (Jean) Tanney; granddaughter, Jessica L. Tanney; & brother, Francis Tanney.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, 10:00 am, at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church (Greece), 2400 W Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14626.
Interment will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 11:30 am, St. Columbkille Cemetery, E. Bayard Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148.
In lieu of flowers, in honor of Robert, contributions may be made to: Alzheimer's Association
