Predeceased by his father, Robert E. Whitney Sr.; brother, Alan Whitney.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby Whitney; sisters, Joyce (Joseph) Galatio, Sharon Whitney, Cathy Whitney & Dawn Murrin; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & cousins.
Interment will be held privately at Bath National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
