Predeceased by her husband, George Phillippsen. She is survived by her 3 children, Richard (Lisa) Fornataro, Charles Fornataro and Georgeann (Tom) O'Brien; 3 grandchildren, Anisa, Peyton and Brianna; nieces and nephews; brothers and sister, Ronald Ranalli, Joanne Tuttobene & Craig Bullock.
She has requested a Private Service with immediate family.
