Rochester: September 3, 2013 at age 83. He is predeceased by his father, Roy Wiggins Sr.; his mother, Elizabeth Sullins; step-mother, Lela Wiggins; life partner, Frances Oxendine. He is survived by his sons, Ezra (Emily) Jackson, Wesley, Major, Jamie and Reggie Wiggins; daughters, Kathy, Evelynn and Odetta Wiggins; 24 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Sunday September 8th, 11 to Noon at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where his Service will be held at Noon.
