He is predeceased by his wife, Marion; daughter, Chris; his parents, Sam and Betty; brothers and sisters, Willie Barnett, Ada Dockery, Lucille Betsey, Lucinda, Johnny and James Barnett. He is survived by his daughters, Edna, Lisa, and Sonya Barnett; granddaughter, Jasmyne and other grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Inez, Ruby, Charity, Jessie Barnett, Dorothy Faulk and Samuel Barnett; sisters-in-law, Millie Barnett and Josie McClain; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
