Sam C. Minacapelli
September 21, 1922 — June 4, 2016
Rochester: Passed Saturday, June 4, 2016, at age 93. Predeceased by his parents, Lodovico & Josephine Minacapelli; sisters, Grace Minacapelli, and Carmella (Minacapelli) (Alfredo) Martin; brother, Angelo (Anna) Minacapelli.
He is survived by nephew, Louis (Peggy) Minacapelli; nieces, Joann (Minacapelli) Scotty, Eileen (Minacapelli) Longuillo; great-nephews, Robert Minacapelli and Thomas Marano; great-nieces, Michelle Longuillo, Mary Ann (James) DeWinde; great-great-niece and nephew, Robin & Matthew DeWinde.
Sam worked at the National Clothing Company for 35 years as a window and store display designer, and at Genesee Brewery for 8 years.
Family will receive friends 3-6 PM Friday, June 10, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester. Private Service and Interment at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to:
