She is survived by her children, Matthew and Melissa; mother, Brenda; siblings, Ashley and Nicholas; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Samantha was loved and will be missed by many.
Family will receive friends 12noon-3PM Thursday, December 3, 2015 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. followed by a Service at 3PM.
