Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at age 94. He is predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth Hessney and grandson, Brian Lotterhos. Survived by his children, Richard (Judy) Hessney, Joyce (Tom) Toher and Lois (Jerry) Buscemi; grandchildren, Christopher (Katerina) Buscemi, Eric (Trisha) Buscemi, Katie (Chett Hopkins) Lotterhos and Abigail Hessney; great-grandchildren, Mya and Alexander Buscemi; sister, Louise Waterman.
Samuel was a WW II Army Veteran and was a longtime Phys. Ed. Teacher and Coach at Churchville and West High School.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 10th from 11:30-2:30 P.M. at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Memorial Ceremony will be celebrated at 3:30 at Trinity Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 761 Elmgrove Rd., Rochester, NY 14624, following calling hours. Private Interment.
