Sandra M. Pupatelli

Spencerport - Sandra passed away peacefully on May 9, 2026, surrounded by her loving husband and children, at the age of 70.

She was predeceased by her parents, James and Angela Pupatelli, and her brother, Samuel (Lauren) Pupatelli. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Daniel F. Taylor; her children, Robert (Amanda) Best and Brittney (Allen) Best; her treasured grandsons, Lucas and Nicolas Best; her brother, James (Jill) Pupatelli; her sisters, Linda (Jim) Leach, Pamela (Dave) Pupatelli, Diane Reichhart, and Trisha (Joe) Nacco; and many dear family members and friends.

To know Sandra was to feel cared for. She had a tender heart, always putting others first, and she loved with a warmth that made everyone around her feel seen and valued. Positive and uplifting, Sandy was the one you could turn to for encouragement and gentle wisdom. She was proud of her Italian heritage and delighted in a homemade Italian meal, best enjoyed with a glass of fine red wine.

Adventurous in spirit, she loved taking motorcycle rides or sharing a bite to eat by the lake, with her husband, Dan. She cherished simple moments with family and friends—gathering for meals, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, or lingering over an easy conversation. She also found quiet pleasure in reading, sewing, and tending her garden. Above all, her greatest delight was time with her children, Robert and Brittney, and her grandsons, Lucas and Nicolas. She was always eager to hear about their latest accomplishments and pausing to celebrate both the big milestones and the little everyday wins.

Sandra often reminded those she loved of what truly matters. In her words, “Remember your good friends and family are the rare jewels of life, with ease to have and impossible to replace.” May we honor her legacy by cherishing one another, celebrating the simple moments, and carrying forward the kindness she so generously shared. She will be dearly missed and forever loved.
