Greece: Passed unexpectedly Friday, August 30, 2013 at age 31. She is survived by her children, Meah, Riley, Jason and Jack; parents, Kenneth and Jean Kraemer; grandparents, Arlene Sullivan, Kenneth and Delores Kraemer; brothers, Jeremy (Kelly) and Justin Kraemer; niece, Ashlyn; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Sarah "Pearl" joins her predeceased grandfather, Lawrence Sullivan; uncles, Larry Paul Sullivan, Robert Calkins; and second cousin, Jacob Mancini.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
