In loving memory of Scott E. Burke, who departed this world on January 9, 2026, in his beloved hometown of Rochester, New York. Born on December 29, 1971, Scott's life was a testament to kindness, community, and genuine human connection.

Scott served as the Grocery Manager at Skip's On The Ridge, where he flourished not only in his professional skills but also in the relationships he built. His coworkers were more than just colleagues to him; they formed a family circle that enveloped him in warmth and camaraderie. Scott's infectious laughter and cheerful disposition brightened the workplace, creating lasting memories that will be cherished by those who had the privilege to work alongside him.

A man of diverse interests, Scott found joy among friends at Domm's bowling alley, crafting countless wonderful moments over the years. His passion for the sport reflected his zest for life and his eagerness to connect with others over shared activities.

Scott's legacy will continue through the loving ties he maintained with his family. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Reighan Burke-Draggett, and son-in-law Jake, who brought him immense pride and joy. He is also survived by his sisters, Heather L. Burke-Crane and her husband Jason, Lizbeth L. Burke, and Jeanette R. Burke with her husband Robert Graves, along with many nieces and nephews who admired and adored him.

Though Scott's journey was cut short, he leaves behind a profound impact on all who knew him. He is reunited with his beloved mother, Marion L. (Codding) Burke, who passed away in 2020; his father, Alfred E. Burke, who left this world in 2010; and his brother, Charles R. Burke, who died in 2021. Together, they form a loving embrace in the memories of Scott’s heart.
