She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph Cond and Lucille Samson; her brothers, Joseph and T.J.; sister, Linda and former husband, Michael.
She is survived by her children, Tammy Powers, Amy (Michael) Cronin and Mikie Powers; her grandchildren, Tyler, Xavier, Alex, Devon, Zoey and Zachy; brothers, Tim and George; sisters, Denise and Vicki; several nieces and nephews and long time companion, Mike DeCarolis.
Family will receive friends Thursday 4-7 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.
Her Service will be held Friday at 10AM at Gates Wesleyan Church, 2060 Long Pond Rd., Rochester.
Interment Parma Union Cemetery.
