Passed away peacefully on August 8, 2024 at the age of 76.
Predeceased by her husband, Stephen Liberti; sisters, Patricia Geier & Mary Kay Rogers.
She is survived by her children, Stephanie (Mark) Szwarcberg, Kelli Liberti-Geraci, Stephen Liberti; grandchildren, Sydney & Samantha Szwarcberg, Nicholas, Sophia (Jamie) & Anthony Geraci; sisters, Barb (Ed) Kowalski, Karin (George) VanGrol, Cindy Oakden; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 10:30 am at Holy Cross church at 4492 Lake Avenue.
